The Garrison Securitas Limited training program includes a variety of components and training mediums, such as classroom, video, home study, and handbooks. We own a video training library of more than 200 videos and also offer web-based, on-demand advanced training.

This division works in close alignment with multiple division of Garrison Securitas Limited with an objective of recruiting training and delivering suitable manpower to meet their requirements.
Garrison Securitas Limited has a standardised recruitment process with stringent norms for ex serviceman & civilians where an antecedent verification is mandatory. A direct recruitment is done at five levels – Guards, Supervisors, Security Inspector, Assistant Security Officers and Management Trainees. Garrison Securitas Limited maintains recruitment centers and training academies located at Noida & Delhi-NCR. Apart from residential training academies that are on line of police training school, the company also has training centres developed on lines of urban non residential training institutes. Apart from the five levels mentioned above Garrison Securitas Limited also trains personnel for Fire Squad, Dog Squad and Special Squad (Unarmed Combat Experts). The training staff has the capability to design and conduct “customized training” at customer site.
